While each project is unique, the following terms will generally apply to all circumstances:

• All display code will be fully-validated XHTML / CSS.
• All PHP scripting and database work will be coded based on Apache / BSD Linux / mySQL architecture.
• Payment schedule is TBD, but generally speaking, 1/3 of the total is due up front, with another third due upon completion and approval of TBD deliverables, with the remaining third due upon completion and final approval.
• I retain full rights to all scripting, coding, and design work until the final invoice is paid, at which time you will be given the "keys to the kingdom."
• Venue for any legal disputes arising between the parties shall be Oneida County, New York State.
